Welcome to the Barbering & Cosmetology Apprenticeship Programs at Abram Friedman Occupational Center!
Are you interested in becoming a professional Barber or Cosmetologist? If you are looking for a quality education at a very low cost, this may be the program for you.
Apprenticeship is a way of learning a trade and being employed in that trade while earning a wage. Apprentices in Barbering and Cosmetology are under the guidance and supervision of an Instructor and an Employer licensed by The Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. Our Instructors are all fully credentialed to teach in the State of California. They have many years of professional experience in the field, plus outstanding records teaching their trade to others.
